Graphite lacquer stands out as an essential product for repairs and renovations.
It is perfect for repairing graphite-coated circuit boards used in remote controls and computers, among many others.
Graphite lacquer is designed to ensure efficiency and ease of use in any conditions.
It has a density of 1.2 g/cm³ at 20 degrees C, which translates into its ideal consistency.
Thanks to this property, the lacquer not only spreads easily but also quickly and evenly covers the surfaces to be repaired.
Its viscosity, which ranges between 15 and 50 Pa·s at 20 degrees C, is crucial for maintaining control over the application process.
This viscosity ensures it does not drip from vertical surfaces. At the same time,
it remains fluid enough to fill even the smallest cracks and gaps without the need for additional pressure.
This property is particularly valuable in applications where precision and accuracy are critical to achieving the optimal repair effect.
Instructions for use:
- Preparation: Make sure the surface you are working on is clean and dry.
- Application: If the lacquer is too thick, add 2-3 drops of solvent and stir for about 2 minutes.
Then, using a brush or another application tool, apply it to the necessary areas.
- Curing: After application, the lacquer must cure. Place the circuit under a 100W bulb at about 15 cm distance for 90 minutes.
This will ensure the durability and adhesion of the repair.
