The Forward CEO-2MAX is the central device of the package, designed for OCA laminating and bubble removal in a single machine.

The model is an improved version of the CEO-2+, benefiting from high-precision hardware upgrades, software innovations, and an optimized internal construction

for more reliable operation and a lower failure rate. The 16-inch working surface allows processing a wide range of displays,

including large screens such as the iPad Pro 12.9", and compatibility with flat, edge, in-frame screens, and tablets makes it suitable for a wide range of interventions.

Smart adjustment, simplified operation, and enhanced safety

The Smart Pressure Regulating function allows precise pressure adjustment via a CNC system, contributing to a uniform laminating process

and superior results compared to manual settings. The machine features integrated folders for flat and edge screen models,

enabling quick use without complicated settings, but also allowing parameter customization as needed.

The 8-inch capacitive screen offers a clear and intuitive interface, through which vacuum and laminating parameters can be easily monitored and controlled.

Additionally, the Door Lock Explosion-proof system stops operation if the door is not properly closed,

contributing to safe use.

Uniform laminating and durability in use

The large 100 mm roller helps achieve uniform pressure for wrinkle-free and bubble-free laminating. The heated pressing plate

helps soften the OCA adhesive and improves bonding efficiency, especially in cold seasons. Also, the water drainage system

helps maintain the machine properly and extends its and its accessories' lifespan.

FW-122B and FW-126S - essential components

The Forward FW-122B air compressor provides the compressed air necessary for the correct operation of the system,
